Could someone NOT in the USA send me some abs cement?

Of course i'll pay, however you want, or trade, whichever fits you.

i don't know where to find acetone and what type of abs to use...

go to a hardware store, and for the abs just chop up some plastic. or if you have any controller shells or something use that

You can also buy ABS cement in a can. It'll be in the plumbing section. like 3$.
