Wiiu battery in portables?

Hi I'm currently making a portible handheld. I was looking around ebay and saw this.

I was wondering if I could use two of these (they are small and over 6000 mahs combined ) in a portable and replace lipos. If so, how would I charge it?

It's been stated before that batteries similar to cell phones won't work. For example the battery on my note 2 is a 3100mah battery. This battery is designed only for my Samsung phone. That battery is not going to be able to handle the amp drain the gc is going to need.
