i had this problem ones all i did was sand the sides really nice and relocated the crystal directly the the chip , thats all i did but you should just listen to ashen

Can't see from the pictures, but are your boards PAL?

Anyways, try to get video from a trace on the front of the mobo, its the only one that works for me, also, how do you feed power to your boards?
