Actually, because I thought it would be nice! I like the original case, and since I don't know for sure that the person buying it won't throw it on the ground to test its strength, I have to make it as stable as possible, meaing using a huge case to shield the insides.

Making an n64p in the original case reminds me of all the good times I had in my younger days. Ah, to be a noob again.

UPDATE: Mounted the screen and batteries, then wired up the charge port, powerswitch, and screen.
