Securing a Thinkpad heatsink

So I've been working on a GameCube portable for around 10 months now and I've FINALLY finished with everything besides triggers and heatsink. I got the Thinkpad heatsink that everyone's been using for their portables, flattened the bottom, bought my non-adhesive Arctic Silver, but since the screw holes don't align with the holes on the motherboard, how can I secure it? Gorilla glue epoxy? Freaking scotch tape!? I have no idea.

How did you guys do it?

Really appreciate the help,
Elliot

They epoxy it to the motherboard? That seems a little insane, but if that's what people do...

I have this Gorilla Glue epoxy stuff, I think I might use that. Really hope I don't screw it up.
