No, it doesn't. Sorry. The Super 8 and other similar ones are an entire NOAC mounted in a cartridge that pipe AV through the system. That's how that guy built the SNES "converter" for his Genesis. I'm sorry that I don't have a link to this, it's been years since I saw it, but the point is that this easy robust design can be done for almost any console as it's just mounting one system on another.
