PTH8080WAZ 12v ->3.3v?

Just a quick and simple question because I can't find a straight answer anywhere else:

If I use a PTH8080WAZ with the input voltage at 12v, what grade capacitor and resistor do I need to get a 3.3v output?

The cap stays the same as it says in the datasheet, check the datasheet it well have the information you need, also zenloc's thread about building the custom regulators has a chart on that as well.
