Psvita will have the same battery life as the 3DS; 3-5 hours. That's without anything like wifi or 3G or speakers on.

3DS is more like 5-8, 6 in practical use. The Vita's stat is with average brightness, no wifi, and uh, NO SPEAKERS. THEY GAVE THE STAT ASSUMING YOU USED HEADPHONES. WHAT THE *Can'tSayThisOnTV* SONY? In real use, I think users are going to be happy to get 2 hours. That is a joke. Why make a handheld with an online ecosystem if it can't be operated in one? That's not even considering the 3g models, have fun with those radios.

I swear, I would totally not mind if sony dropped the specs a bit for battery life.

I'd rather it just be thicker to accommodate a larger battery, even if it ended up costing a bit more as a result. Much better than a crippled platform.
