ps2 autoturn on

I want to hook up a switch to my ps2 slim but it only works with momentary switches I was going to use a momentary switch but that means i will have to have two switches one for battery's and one for the system. Is there are way to wire it up so I can just was one switch (no not a tact switct)
basicaly I want to do it like this
4:13 mark the gc powers on when ac adapter is plug in
How would I do that?

You could use some sort of monostable circuit to simulate a press of the reset button (via transistor, relay, MOFSET) for a second when the circuit first receives power.
