I am looking for a portable wii that plays GameCube games for my son for his birthday I was wondering if anyone could build a very cheap one a small build before September

I'm sorry but you aren't gonna get cheap.

Portables are a pretty specific skill set that many people don't possess and so it's easy for them to charge big bucks for the labour process, regardless of what you want expect to pay up to $1000 easy.

On bitbuilt people would do it for 200 a Wii I was asking a guy he said he would do it

Either the person who told you that was lying, or you are.

Expect to pay 600 minimum for a mediocre Wii, and up to 1000 for an excellent one.
