I'd say Microsoft, but that doesn't explain the Gamecube controller.ShockSlayer said:Did some asshole copyright putting the main joystick is a proper *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing location?
Because the PS1 was derived from the SNES, and Sony CBA to make their own controller. Therefore, they added another pair of shoulder buttons which was a Sega to grip, so they added grip handles. Meanwhile, they take Nintendo's new design of an analog stick, make it pot-based (yay) and slap two of them on.Kickback said:It just doesn't make sense, the thumb naturally goes to the left side of the controller, why put the analog stick in an un-natural place?
It's probably because of the raging success of the Playstation franchise, and because it's the best design for DPad games while still having an analog stick.Zero said:I'd say Microsoft, but that doesn't explain the Gamecube controller.ShockSlayer said:Did some asshole copyright putting the main joystick is a proper *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing location?
