Not sure if mobo died...

So I have a rev C mobo that I did the minimalist cut on, and when i plug it into the TV, would ya look at that, it doesnt work. I sanded the sides for a good hour and a half and the cuts are pretty straight. I have 8 double A batteries hooked up to the 12 V thing that accepts power. Any suggestions/ideas? I'm debating simply making a smaller cut and then going from there.

Check your wiring. And pictures of your setup always helps

Try it with the original wall adapter just to rule out battery problems.

I used the wall adapter, no luck. Heres pics of the mobo in case I did something wrong with the cut. Its a Rev C.

As far as I can tell the cut's fine. If it's plugged in and powered on, do the chips and/or regulator get hot? It could just be the video out that isn't working correctly.
