My N64 shat on me.

So I was relocating my cart slot for about four and a half hours or so (don't worry, two of those hours were troubleshooting [first-timer]). First of all, the relocation wasn't working at all. The wires weren't long, though they were pretty thin (don't have the exact gauge, looked to be thinner than IDE) and my soldering kinda sucked (hence the two hours of troubleshooting).

Well, when I finally seemed to get all the wires how I wanted them, the 64 just up and shut off, and never came back on.

I really can't do pics seeing as it's 1 am and I have a hurricane coming in a few hours, but I really just want some small input on what might be the issue with either the relocation or the death.

You may have fried it. What did it "up and do" when it shut off? Was it on to start with?

It was on, plugged into the wall and the TV. I was checking to see if the relocation was working, and then it just shut off.

Also, idgaf about the hurricane, I just didn't wanna take pics
