Hey

I'm new to ModRetro, i'm french and I'll try to make a portable gamecube!

No battery, the same reason for the wiikey ...
For the case, I will use the thermoforming!

I relocated the regulator board! No problem, I exploded a small capacitor but it is not important, I followed his traces.

Hello, a lot of news I finished the relocation of the controller sound and screen
The 12v line is dead, but sound work good on 5v, nice For the audio amp, he is powered by 5v line on the gamecube motherboard. For the screen, he is powered by the gamecube power supply.

Hi, I have decided not to use the wkf / wasp and make my own mod with the original drive.
I connected a gecko on the sd slot b , connected to a memory card.
And above all, i connected map drive to the gamecube , i spent 3 hours, omfg , so i breathed a lot of lead : /
But it works very well
I'll install my own XenoGC chip on the board of the disk drive , burn swiss on a DVD and be able to play games on my sd card with sd gecko ! (google traducted cuz i'm tired sry )

I have a problem , I found a capacitor on the motherboard of the gamecube, it is broken.
It is really small, and it is next to the connector of the regulator board:

Hello guys, I have a question for the sound, I would incorporate a jack and speakers, but how to make the sound is automatically directed into the jack when headphones or headset are connected?

Don't worry, that capacitor is not needed. Use this pinout for the headphone circuit: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=9926
"Audio in" is where you wire to the GameCube and "audio out" is where you wire the speakers.
