i do recall seeing a pinout img on either here or BH about rewiring the original jack, which unfortunately I don't have. So i ask again, does anyone know how to wire a radioshack jack?

I like the design. It's a lot more organic and less industrial than most portables.

updates on the case, i drilled holes for a/v out on the back and attached the cart slot backing. it will be sanded and painted. then the only things left to add are: speaker mesh (lower left front), player 2 jack (upper left back), and a powerswitch (unsure of location).

i still have a few bumps i have to bondo and sand out.
