L and R Analog Triggers

Hi I read somewhere that I can simply desolder the triggers and resolver them back in, however I don't see any points to desolder from...

The triggers can each be desoldered from 5 points on the front of the board:

That's one trigger. The other set of 5 points is near the main joystick.

Ok, so thats just the trigger part though right? What about the sliding plastic piece that makes it analog? Sorry I forget the name lol

The points he circled are the points where the sliding potentiometers for the analog function of the triggers. The contact pads with rubber button things on them that are on their own little boards connected by wire are the digital "click" of the trigger.
