Good basic multimeter?

So I need to get a multimeter and I don't really want to spend 30$ on one. I was looking around on deal extreme and found this one. would it be any good?

yeah I know.... but I thought that I might as well grab a cheap one for now and if I keep working with electronics then I'd see about getting a good one

I bet you could find one at Walmart or Home Depot for the same price and get it this month. Even better would be Harbor Freight if you live near one. Pretty much if DX opened a hardware store, it would be Harbor Freight.

Harbor Freight sells a very basic multimeter for ~$8, but it's frequently on sale for $3-4. Had one for about four years before Bibin managed to destroy the lead cables and I upgraded to this one, which is actually really nice. Highly recommend either for modding stuff. The more expensive one has better precision and measures for capacitance and temperature.
