Good 12v Wii Screens 12-18 Inches or How To Hook Up RGB?

I want to make a Wii Laptop eventually, probably following Ben Heck's, just bigger. I'm thinking of using the super cheap Hannspree HL161ABB from his 360 Laptop build, but it only has an RGB port, and the Wii doesn't support it, so I'd need wiring.
