It's wired right its just the wrong resistance on the potentiometer. I have gone over this several times...Take the pots off the retro64 and put them on the GC stick and watch it come alive! I have a post that has ZERO answers about the different controller pot values. Would be helpful for things like this. You can't use say, a 10k pot on a controller board that is expecting a 50k pot or you will get the infamous crawling speed. Some games it works fine with because all they need to see is an increase or decrease in resistance to command a forward/back motion. Where as games like Mario and Zelda need a variance to decipher between crawl walk and run.
