does anyone know how to add a external controller port for genesis/megadrive controllers and also rgb tv output?

RGB TV Out requires some expensive board some guy made once. Pretty sure they aren't for sale.

do you want it to still work as a game gear too?
or only as a genesis controller, with or without a lcd screen?

also, the nomad is a potable genesis, with a lot of potential for modding.

yea i still want it to work as a game gear and have it as a genesis controller so the lcd can be like a secondary dislpay. And yea i have a nomad but i dont really want to mod it except for the screen and rechargeable battery.

hmm. I dont have a game gear anymore, to take apart to see how much room there is in it without adding to the back of it. but you could cut down a genesis controller and wire it up inside with a switch on the ground line, would be nice to have a detachable cord. but it would only work as a game gear wile on, and a genesis controller while off, but would not work as a 2nd screen to see the genesis on. unless someone knows of something different.

If you have one of those tv tuners made for the gamegear can you use it as a monitor through a cable. It would be a pretty cool mod, almost like a wiiu ;D

Its a shame that the Game Gear only has 2 buttons and some games require six, though.
