Differences DOL-CPU-01 and DOL-CPU(P)-01

After some long research and hands ons testing, I have noticed many differences between NTSC and PAL boards.

Here are some pictures.

Motherboard titel:



Bottom of side A:

Note the different caps at the bottom.
Still need to figure out wich is wich.


Side B Video/Audio chip with bigger amp:

Note the different layout of the caps and resistors next to the chip and bigger audio amp.
Also important is that on this revision video comes from pin 7 instead of pin 9!

the only real with the AVE is the pinout itself and some of the component requirements for the different video outputs at the analog port...


the audio amp is not region dependent..different amps were used on different boards within the same region and within the same board revision
