c'mon sound issues

So I've had my sound wired up for the past two weeks working great, heatshrinked and taped and everything, out of the blue it acted up , now my sound sounds like explosions and I cant figure out why, I resoldered all the connections to no avail any ideas?

For those of you that read this, I have determined that the issue is the BIOS of all things, I have tested games and they run fine, I guess everyone should test their sound with a game next time the have issues instead of throwing it away. If anyone wants i can get a video up of this
