I really have no idea where to start looking for casing. I have a 3.5 in screen. Soo please someone tell me where to go to buy a case for my n64p. Thanks in advance!

Polycase, okw enclosures, ebay (search something like plastic enclosure or project box) or use old electronics like a router/modem. The best plastic is ABS, the same that most game consoles use.
I have never bought a case so I can't recommend a specific one, but maybe someone else can.
Another option is to use the original N64 case, but with a 3.5" screen it will most likely look big
