Can I glue here?

I wanted to glue along the two metal tabs to the left and right of the motherboard to secure the mother board within my case.

Will that cause any issues?

You can put hot glue anywhere on the motherboard. Just make sure you have good airflow, otherwise if it gets too hot the glue will soften and the board will move inside your case. Probably best to screw it down if possible.

Ive got some pretty heavy duty heat resistant glue so Im not too concerned with that
