Buck Boost regulator

I need a buck boost regulator that will output 3.3v, but will accept as low as 3, maybe 2.8v. If you don't know what a buckboost is, it's a regulator that accepts a certain range of voltages, and will output a constant voltage whether it is higher or lower than the input voltage.

They have this. http://www.dimensionengineering.com/DE-SW033.htm The datasheet for it says the minimum input voltage is 0v which doesn't make sense :/ Although a buckboost is ideal, something that will constantly output 3.3v even when the input is 3.3-3.4v is the next best thing.

Must be a typo. The DE-SWXX series are buck, not buck-boost. It says that it'll take a higher voltage and step it down in the description.

Yeah that's why I'm saying it doesn't really make sense. Would it still output 3.3v if 3.3v was the input? 3.4v input?
