Audio Issues again

Have a audio amp with volume knob now. Connected everything correctly and to 5v. But the only thing that is coming out of the speakers is a static noise. Im using DS lite speakers. Also checked 3.3 12 and 1.9v all dont work. the swithing headphone jack gives the same noise

It’s the one I used in my Portable and it sounds great. Works of 3.3v!
