Almost/OMG cut video problem

Hello there, long-time lurker here, (6 months roughly.) After trimming this motherboard (slightly bigger than OMG, but Smaller than Almost http://i.imgur.com/IRJ9kur.jpg) I get odd video issues, it seems to cut in and out very rapidly, quick enough for my tv, but not long enough for a
car reverse screen to detect. (Screen issue http://i.imgur.com/bpC9F95.jpg)
Couple of pictures, didn't realize I missed a lot of area on it, if needed ask for pic's of the parts I missed. http://imgur.com/a/sZPbx

Notes: the cap is wired inline to video, but I grabbed it off a dead board
Video did work before the cut, so I'm assuming I cut something I shouldn't have
The tubular oscillator was also taken from another board, (both are cpu-30 same with the video cap)
I didn't bridge the aram chip pins, since I didn't cut next/into them

That's about everything, any help would be appreciated.

I haven't seen that problem before but I would suggest, first, that you check your power supply. Make sure your regulator is outputting the right voltages, and try using a different regulator even if it is.

Also be sure to sand the edges of the board very smooth with fine sandpaper - smooth enough that you can see each layer of the board clearly separated from the side.

Thanks for the suggestions, multimeter for the regulator I was using (all are official GC regulators) shows 3.44 and 1.91, whereas the second and third ones I checked came out to 3.43 and 1.91. Wired one up, with the same issue.

As it turns out, the finest grit paper I have, is as course as the dremel sanding drum I used initially, so I'll be headed to the store some time later for finer grits.

I'm currently wiring up audio, to see if that works.

It does sound like some component was chopped off. I think you may want to check that this resistor is still intact:

The AV chip fails to function properly without it and I think it can produce video looking like that.

That resistor is still attached, could try and clean up around those chips. Looks like Alot of dust from trimming jammed in there. Some rubbing alcohol and a qtip should help, move from the chip to the board kinda combing the legs.

I would sand a bit more with some finer paper, making sure to get in those round parts.

Yeah, couldn't see a lot of that dust by eye, so I'll make sure to clean it extra careful this time.
My step-father said he'd pick up some sandpaper next time he's out at the shop, so a few days until I can do that. Thanks again for the suggestions, for now I'm out for bed.

Fixed, thanks everyone for the suggestions, I found some 220 grit (I believe) sandpaper, did all around the board, and cleaned it again for good measure, which resulted in this beauty.

Gah! This camera makes everything look filthy, I can't see any of those prints on the screen otherwise. I'll make sure and keep everyone posted when parts arrive, ETA Jan 3rd.

Thanks again for all the help!
