im thinking of building a spacer for my portable since I'm in need of one to make everything fit in my case nice and easy.

my question is:

What material to use to build a spacer for portable case?

cardboard?
PVC plastic food tray stuff?
PVC styrofoam stuff?

any help or advice?

thanx so much :)

You could probably manage it with a strip of plexi and a hair dryer. Make sure the plexi is longer than the perimeter of the case, and use the hair dryer/heat gun to warm it up and bend it where it need it.

Thanx for the tip, ttsgeb
I remember using plexiglass for my case in my first GCp attempt back in 2010 on BH forums, it wasn't my favourate material to work with, :( .
Very messy and hard to cut/mod work with.

But thanx for the tip anyways, man :)
I have made my spacer layer using some styro stuff I got with my four gc's I recived from my ebay order, and it worked great with mirror mounting tape and all :)
