I've been having dumb luck with MEGAdrives, so I want to instead get a custom FFC to stranded wire cable like this (picture from RedmagnusX):

Im not sure if they are the same, but I have quite a few wii ribbon cables. Will those work?

If it fits in the wasp it'll work I guess. Wouldn't it be harder to do it with a Wii cable because those ones have a shielding or something on them?
