The "I don't know where I'm going with this" Cube

Don't know anyone with a grinding wheel. Perhaps they make grinding attachments for circular saws?

EDIT - My friend suggested using his router.
 
If you're referring to the small post just use your dremel to grind it down. Then try using a medium grit sand paper on a flat surface and just slide the bottom of that across the surface. If you're talking about the hump next to that post you can just use the sand paper idea with the screw post off the edge of the surface. Idk if that makes sense, but I hope it may help. I don't know how you'd use a router.
 
I was referring to the square-like protrusion on the flat side of the heat sink. But I'll take your advice as those screw posts have to go too.
 
Yeah. Once you get most of it though be sure to switch to much finer grit paper as you want that surface as smooth as possible for heat transfer.
