Small WiiKey Issue

I seem to have successfully hooked up a WiiKey to my GameCube. However, I'm having just one small problem with it. I have two games on the SD card. When I select the second one, it goes to the first game. Now, I suspect a software problem with the WBFS manager, because if I delete the first game off the card, it still loads it. Maybe it's copying the first game twice? I have no idea. I've ruled out the ISOs. They are fine and I've been using them in emulators and such for several months. What's the best software to put GC ISOs on WBFS partitions?

I would need to find/build an SD Gecko, but that's doable I suppose. Once I have swiss flashed, can I use the WKF SD Card Slot, or do I need to use the SD Gecko?

It still acts like a WKF and does WKF things. It loads games via the WKF SD slot and should (Hopefully) fix this problem because, it loads games from FAT32 rather than the annoying, WBFS.
