Problem with 3.7v lipos

I have a problem with my 4 3.7v lipos, I have them all connected to the protection circuit, but Im getting no voltage off of the charge and load contacts, what should I do?

Are they connected correctly?
Are your protection circuits rated for the amperage of your cells?

The protection circuit might be in standby or whatever, a bunch of us had this problem before. Try connecting the charger and charging, and see if you get some voltage after.

Sorry I can't take any pics now, because I'm going out of town, but when I get back, Ill post pics and also try charging the batteries and see if I can get them working.
