376,954 cubic mm.

How did you get that figure ?

That would be around 5" x 3.4" x 1.4"

Not counting the cart slot protrusion which has to be counted also.

Just wondering ???

He trimmed the board

Oh I figured that.

But earlier he mentioned the case measurements and those along with the cart connector would make it around at least 475,000mm. Was the case changed to a much smaller case?

Yes, that case suffered budastrophic failure. He had to make a new one. At MRTN. I watched. It was pleasant.

Maths:

Case: 5 3/8 x 3 7/16 x 1 1/4 inches

To cm: 13.5525 x 8.73125 x 3.17500 cm

To mm: 136 x 87 x 31

Total cubic volume: 366,792 cubic mm

Cart slot area: 8.3 x 68.4 x 17.9 mm

Total cubic volume: 10,162.188

Add it all together and you get 376,954.18 cubic mm.

Did you manage to fit a fan in there? What fan?
Also, I dont see any screw holes, how'd you close it up?

I'm confused. Is the red nub for C buttons or dpad? If it is for the dpad why did you use a dpad for the c buttons?

I needed something low profile to save internal space and the dpad fit the bill perfectly.

I actually did do something special that would allow me to VERY easily install both a dpad and L into the portable if I ever needed to. More details once I make the video ;)

Video's being postponed until I get the parts in to add dpad and L. No idea where I'll put the start button though.

I'll totes send it back if you need it. I don't really have time for games anymore, so I'm using it for business. :p

Nah, it's cool. My roommates and friends are kinda upset about it not being here right now, though. Lol.
