Need help with longhorn video mod - (video added)

Hi, Here is what I'm getting below. Everything is showing up in B & W. Also it is scrolling, and then dissappears after a few seconds. I'm trying to use the a/v mod from the longhorne engineer .... HELP

Hi guys, i've got some minor but good news to report. I've tried a couple of different TV's and on 2 of 3, there is no scrolling. Sadly i'm still only getting black and white though and any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Have any pictures of the physical mod? Like, your soldering an such.

Yes, please see the pics below. I'm only having an issue with receiving black & white only...
