So I have done the, "bud trim" and I have no video... I sanded the edges after I cut the mobo, I have relocated the cartridge slot and checked all the wires. I relocated the 3.3V traces on the back, I also relocated the traces in the front of the board. I checked to make sure everything is getting all of the right voltages. I even put two 1k resistors on pin 8 on the PIF... And all of the chips get hot. HELP
BTW my step down regulator randomly went from 3.3V up to 3.6V could this fry it?

After all of the soldering I have done... Stupid cheap step down regulator.... The chips still get a little warm, could it mean it's not fried?
