How to use this multimeter?

Umm, is this some kind of joke? You turn the dial to the setting you want to use an use the leads to test?

Oh, and don't expect great accuracy from this thing.
There's a reason cheap multimeters are cheap.
I can just about guarantee this thing has a very low resolution, and low accuracy as well.
I'd guess you could probably pull ± 2% accuracy with this thing.
 
by omega, I assume you mean this one:

which is the symbol for Ohms (the unit for resistance)
 
the setting that has the speaker tests continuity, the temperature setting measures temperature, the ADC tests amps in direct current, the VDC tests volts in direct current, and VAC tests volts in alternating current.
