Help with Batteries and Wiring

I'm considering using these batteries for my GCP http://www.all-battery.com/2Pack11.1V22 ... 39524.aspx.

Basically I want to make sure they'll work and supply enough amperage. I'm trying to work out exactly which parts I'm buying and how to connect it all.

I'm considering either this charger http://www.all-battery.com/UniversalSma ... 01281.aspx or this one http://www.all-battery.com/universalsma ... cells.aspx.

And for a protection circuit, I found this http://www.all-battery.com/protectionci ... pcb1s.aspx.
Should all of these work?
Also I'm not sure on wiring, but I came up with this diagram. Is it correct? All the grounds are connected which is the only thing I'm unsure of.

The system would have two power modes: Battery power and battery charging. When the system is in battery charging mode, a separate AC adapter can be used to power the system.
Anyways, any input on this would be great.

No those are 11.1v battery paks, they need a 11.1v protection circuit.

Thanks, upon second look that's definitely not the right protection circuit. What about the diagram though? Another thing I'm confused on are the wires for the battery. There's like 6 of them
