Is this a good battery for my portable Wii?

The Wii can handle this amount of voltage, but how long would it last, and are these kind of batteries reliable? Is it a good price?

My screen is soldered to a 12V pin on the Wii mobo.

Yes, this will certainly work. The wiis regulators can handle it. However, I would recommend going to batteryspace.com and getting a better, less expensive pack.
How long it will last is a very broad question.
If you use a 90nm wii board, I would guess 2.5 hours, and if you used a 65nm wii board I would guess 4-5 hours.
