HELP! N64 not getting full power!

Help!! My n64 was working fine, but now all the sudden it doesnt get full power! The n64 powers on, but when I put my multimeter on the 5v line it doesn't give anything out. Is it a short or something? I have no idea what to do... My n64 portable is almost done and of course this has to happen.

I am not getting anything out of it, I put 12v into it but get nothing out and my n64 will not boot. What do/did I do?
