Fixing an xbox

I got a broken xbox for 8$ the other day and I've been trying to fix it, I've reflowed the solder quite a bit with a heat gun. It had the E74 error before, now it seems to be working fine, however the graphics are messed up and it's either jagged or there are lines across the screen, big ones too, very unplayable.

I've specially reflowed the gpu as well to try to fix that.


Any other ideas? I've made progress from e74 to functioning but it's still unplayable with this error.

I've had this same problem before. Make sure the heat sinks aren't too tight. Sometimes when there is too much pressure on the GPU, the graphics flicker.
