Custom Power Regulator + WiiKey Fusion

The Custom Regulator Given to us By Zenloc, in the top Section before the Wiikey-Wode-... half, is that enough for the Wiikey to work or is there a different Regulator needed to have it work?

I'm kind of lost as to wheter the second part reffers to an other regulator?

the wiikey works with 3.3v so the the 3.3v cusom reg is perfect for it
