Did I do good daddy?

Spectacular work there, Bentomo. Really, that's one of the nicest N64 portables I've seen (maybe I'm a sucker for the portrait design)

Me too. Techknott's been making another one, but... it's kind of bleh in comparison with the old one.

Yes son, yes you did.

The old one? As in, the one with polished aluminum and mega-cutting job? I know he finished one, but I thought that was the odd shaped one. This one?

Or this one?

Not to steal any limelight from you Bentomo. Seeing portables like yours make me want to build one... so bad. Then I realize I can't solder. Or build pretty cases. Or afford parts. :gonk:

I dropped the price due to the fact that pretty much everyone is complaining about the price. I've dropped the buy it now price to $750.

Don't go any lower. The only reason people aren't willing to pay less is because they don't think it's worth that much. It is. The market will bear higher prices, just don't give them an option to go lower. I'm tired of seeing people's hard work sell for pocket change. We should start a portablizer's union.

That's the problem though, we're trying to sell to people who don't understand anything about it.

All I hear is

"ever hear of an emulator?" Those don't work.
"get a psp" Those especially don't work.
"I can build one for $80" I actually got this earlier today, he insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about and told me what the prices "are"

Yo Bent, I would update your worklog, put your pics and video at the top of your first post in your worklog, that is what Engadget links to. :)

This is amazing! I think this is definitely the smallest yet, and it looks really solidly built! Gonna build another N64p someday?

Also, lol@portable union. XD
