The original GBA is one of my favorite consoles, and with all the premade ips screens and pcb's kits on the market I wanted to see what all I could manage to cram in one shell.
Going to upload most the build on youtube, and any build logs on here.
Currently posting everything on BitBuilt, will update here when finished.
The project list
-GBA mobo AGB-CPU-10 (32 pin)
-Boxy pixel - Aluminum shell (with GBA to GC link cable clip's holes)
-IPS screen with AV out
-replace phono jack with 4 pin (for AV out instead of using the link port)
-GBAccelerator variable overclock (.85x / 1x / 1.5x / 1.75x)
-Helder - recap with Tantalum Capacitor's
-Helder - power filter
-Helder - audio amp
-Type C rechargable battery (whatever kit I can make fit)
-Replacement clicky shoulder switch's
- New speaker's, rubber membranes, buttons, power switch,
-Everdrive 5 mini (internally hardwired)
