2 of mine had those 3. I'm guessing the earlier revisions had the led. But when I got my first screen I though it was really weird that I had 3 caps on the side.
So did I. I thought it looked odd, because it was a paler green than the other screens I had opened up, had the led strip, and also had three caps to the side. It came as a no-brand screen for gamecube.
