Yay or Nay?

Here's what concerned me:
Display method: Active Matrix System
Back light: Cold Cathode Filament Tube

I am not sure if matrix display is crappy. Is it as good as TTL display???

This screen is $58 plus shipping and fees. So thats roughly 70 bucks total. Yay or nay?

The Pro's :

Really bright -- brighter than the Psone
High resolution --- higher than the psone

Cons :
Don't know the board dimensions --- could be real thick.
Draws high amps. -- around 800mA according to specs
Might not run at 7.4v
