OK I know that some people would not like to sell to me cause I can only pay in cash. But ask Bush. He knows that I am a trusted buyer with cash.

What I am looking for is any Gameboy Micro. Just as long as it still works. I have always wanted one of them. The only one that I had my friend stole and I was pissed.

Now although I'm sure you've already considered this, why don't you just look at amazon.com/Google Shopping/eBay(risky)/etc.
I'm sure you were just hoping that someone might be willing to send you one used for under $30...and to be honest, I think you came to the right site, because MAY just find someone willing to go for that. However sadly the only gba system I had was the gba sp [of course] so i can't really help you out there, sorry...
