so i got my power cord so what do i just cut the end off and run it through the regulator or what i looked for a diagram for this couldnt find one

See if you can find a female end to that adapter in radio shack. Just look for their power adapters, and find one the right size.

Don't wanna backseat moderate, but wait at least 24 hours before bumping topics.
I'd recommend hooking the + side to the PSOne screen, 12V line, and regulator, the regulator to the board, and the - side to all GND's.
