Wiring Diagram Question GBA SP

Hey everyone I was just wondering if this wiring diagram is correct, meaning it would work without problems:

^^ the main thing i am talking about is if i can just wire up a charger port like that and charge the batteries while the switch is OFF (system off). Thanks.

No.
The smart charger does some cycling thing and it also cuts off when it detects that the batteries are charged.
You need two ports wired like this.
