Wondering how to wire a wireless controller to my portable battery (Similar to SS's first GCP). Particularly the GameStop Microcon. And please note your talking to a first time noob. And would anyone know how much less playtime with battery I willl get with a wireless controller?

The controller only took 3V. You'd just basically have to solder the power to where the batteries hooked up to the board.

I'm confused? Can you explain into more detail? Sorry but this is my first time doing this kind stuff. Btw, I'm using batteries that plug into the GC female port.

Your batteries hook up directly to the Gamecube? As in, you could use them on an unmodded Gamecube? If so, that is beyond my lack of expertise.

Basically, you want this to happen:

You need to step down the 12v to 3v. You can do this with a TI PTH08080 regulator. Why would you want to do this in the first place though?

Microcon buttons are very small. If anyone would trim one official controller up for me for like 20 bucks fusion micro style that'd be awesome. But with original buttons like analogs and big a button. Basically all official buttons.
