Wiikey with Wii DVD drive attached help

If you have a wiikey and attach a Wii DVD drive to the end, can you use both the DVD drive and the wiikey without removing anything?

I don't think you can on a wiikey but I think the WODE has a pass through for that kind of thing.

WII dvd drive has been proven to work on a GC...and WKF passthru works even with a GC dvd drive connected....
so why wouldnt a Wii dvd drive work in passthru??

yea...kinda hard to tell since the OP gives no information of what is trying to be achieved...

Trying to play both disc based games and load off an SD at with out having the rewire the whole thing.

also if you are still wanting to use a wii drive on the GC, then just plug in the ffc cable from the wii drive to the WKF as normal....
the little insert adapter is only if you want to use the GC dvd drive...
